What: Contact us when you need PC support. We come to you for troubleshooting, PC Support, maintenance, networking, short programming projects and more.  Call, email or on-line scheduling from our web site.

Standard Home Service Call   $115/hour*
Standard Business Service Call   $175/hour*
Emergency Service Call   $200/hour*
plus one-way travel time
Holiday, Weekends & Evenings   $200/hour*
2-hour minimum plus one-way travel time
 
* One hour minimum unless otherwise indicated above; additional support is billed in 1/4 hour increments at the service rate.
GOLD Scheduled Maintenance - Onsite IT Consulting & PC Support
What:  With GOLD Scheduled Maintenance, we visit you regularly on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis. We perform regular tasks to keep your systems running smoothly, avert problems, and assist you with other issues as needed. CHANGE or CANCEL at ANYTIME; NO CONTRACTS TO SIGN.  We're confident that you'll love our service.

Benefits: Know in advance when help is on the way and plan activities. As a GOLD client, you enjoy a reduced hourly rate, priority appointment scheduling, phone support, primary technical consultant and backup staff assigned specifically for you. All GOLD Scheduled Maintenance Standard Service Calls, and any additional “Call as Needed” appointments are at your reduced rate.  No Contracts to sign; cancel or change at any time. Big $ savings. Big time savings. Big gas savings.  Big headache savings!  No bulk hours to buy.

GOLD Service - Recurring Scheduled Appointments (weekly, monthly, twice a month)   $135/hour*

Remote Access - Offsite IT Consulting & PC Support
What:  Remote support for troubleshooting, updates, maintenance. Remote access to servers, desktops, laptops, networks. Software development (new, enhancements, modifications).

Benefits: Faster response time; little to no office disruption. Saves you money; shorter minimum. Be prepared with safe and secure remote access setup in advance, so we’re able to reply quickly for crisis situations. Remote computer support billed at ½ hour increments; phone support billed at ¼ hour increments.

     1/2 hour off-site minimum
Phone Support   $175/hour*
     1/4 hour off-site minimum
Programming   $175/hour*
     Projects over 10 hours eligible for reduced rates
 
* For GOLD Scheduled Maintenance clients, time is billed at YOUR REDUCED service call rate.
Other Rates

Email and web hosting $35/month

      Month to month; no long term contract to sign

      Time spent charged for setup fee (can vary based on if new hosting or moving domains)
