Founded by Rochelle Balch, February 1, 1993, in Glendale, Arizona. Rochelle's experience: Programmer, Analyst, IT Manager; hands-on computer experience from 1968. Original company management Rochelle Balch and Andrew Karpel; both still remain with RB Balch.
